The addition of witnesses came after the completion of an investigation conducted following a request by prosecution witness Hadas Klein, Arnon Milchen's personal assistant, last October.

Klein contacted the prosecution team and asked to provide new relevant information regarding the 1000 case, which was not known to the prosecution before.

The attorney general at the time approved backing up McClain with a supplementary statement to police, and later backing up versions of a number of additional witnesses.

At the conclusion of the investigation, the three witnesses provided versions regarding the granting of favors to opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sarah Netanyahu by businessmen Milchen and Packer. As long as it is required.
