Opinion | Likud whitens Gilad Sharon Israel today

Shaked, Bennett and Elkin look amused at the calls of the "traitors" and "we will not forgive you" by the Likudniks • One declaration in favor of the Likud and they will be accepted as kings: If Sharon returns, everyone can

This week, a video was distributed on the network in which Benjamin Netanyahu is seen standing on stage as the guest of honor at the "Negev Rescue Conference" in Dimona and receiving long applause, which almost made two huge stars disappear around the same video.

The first has to do with the heroic bravery of the ruling party over the past 12 years, suddenly showing concern over the lack of governance and the loss of the Negev in favor of lawbreakers.

As if abandonment had only begun in the last few months, and had not swelled for more than a decade until it became a great abscess of pus because of the promiscuous government devoid of the current ideology.

The Likud prepared the ground after years of closing its eyes, Bennett completed the process.

The other star, no less amazing, is the fact that one of the initiators of the conference was Gilad Sharon.

Yes, Sharon.

That one ... have you had time to forget?

Recall: Gilad, Arik's son, initiated and pushed the disengagement plan.

The man who, in order to rescue his father from countless corruption scandals - almost all of which are also related to him and his brother - acted actively to wipe out a piece of land in favor of murderers.

Destroy a life project of pioneering Zionists who literally blossomed the wilderness, all while absorbing shrapnel from Gaza and lies from the media. Sharon Jr. made fun of the ideology most identified with the national public in Israel: opposition to evacuation and maintaining security.

Fulfilled a political ideology.

Suppose (quite rightly) that this matter is already less bothersome without a few Likud voters and activists.

We will focus on the following: Sharon disbanded and humiliated the Likud in establishing Kadima, leaving a bloody party with 12 seats, before Netanyahu saved it (we will mention again: he supported and voted for the disengagement, and voted against it, factually, only after it no longer depended on his vote).

Nonsense, what is a disengagement between friends?

He regretted it, didn't he?

Well, no and no: Sharon not only did not apologize for the same deportation, which later also sent millions of the center's citizens to the shelters, with one hundred percent of the "exaggerated horror predictions" of those who warned in real time coming true;

Sharon is proud of the course to this day.

Years later everything was forgotten.

And not for nothing: Sharon received Netanyahu's blessing at the conference, and a "sulha" was even held between them, as if there were two parties that were harmed.

And the question arises: what, for God's sake, is necessary for the Likud to declare that there are people with whom they are a non-Greta persona?

Political traitors?

Dash Mitzchi Hanegbi, who instead of being stabbed to the bone allows himself to resent cases. Lack of affinity?

Shaked, Bennett, Elkin & Co. look amused at the calls of the "traitors" and "you will never be forgiven" by the Likudniks.

One declaration in favor of the Likud and they will be accepted as kings.

If Sharon is back, everyone can.

While Bennett and Shaked were left without voters from whom they could apologize for their betrayal, the whitewashing of Gilad Sharon is a great test of the inner integrity of Likud voters.

By the way, Gilad Sharon was not even able to join the Kadima party he founded.

Luckily there is still one big party left that will agree to collect what others have thrown away.

They are in our favor now, that's all it takes.

Were we wrong?

Fixed!
