Today, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that Ukraine is forming three new battalions of nationalist fanatics from prisoners convicted of very serious crimes.
Russia Today quoted the head of the Russian National Center for Defense Management, Lieutenant-General Mikhail Mezintsev, as saying: “The formation of three new nationalist battalions in Kharkov is about to be completed, namely Slabogangshina, Kharkivshina 1 and Kharkivshina 2, which consist of prisoners convicted of very serious and serious crimes.”
Mezintsev added: The main tasks of these battalions are besieging Kharkov from the south, preventing civilians from leaving the city and eliminating units of Ukrainian forces that are trying to retreat or surrender.
