The demands of the people of the villages of Tariz, Al-Juweikhat, and Oyoun Al-Wadi in the western Homs countryside focused on paving the entrances to the village of Treiz, completing the extension of the Zefti shirt to the central road to Mashta Al-Helou, establishing a kindergarten in the Martyr Muhammad Hashem Abbas School, maintaining the Al-Juwaykhat and Oyoun Al-Wadi centers for Syria Trade, creating a center in the village and supporting it with the necessary materials.
During their meeting with the Governor of Homs, Eng. Bassam Parsik, at the Martyr Muhammad Hashem Abbas School in the village of Trereez, the people demanded the maintenance of the main road within the villages of Oyoun Al-Wadi and Al-Gweikhat towards Mashta Al-Helou, improving the electricity situation, securing electricity transmission centers in the villages of Al-Mastoura, Al-Marj, Ramati and Al-Juweikhat, the western neighborhood, and improving the drinking water situation. Follow-up on the completion of the road construction and leveling, allocating a fire station in Oyoun Al-Wadi, providing the area with an ambulance, and increasing the allocations of health centers from medicines for chronic diseases.
In a statement to reporters, Governor Parsik indicated that the governorate will continue implementing the services requested by the people, and a large part of the main road to the village will be completed this year, to be completed next year, giving priority to operating water generators and wells by providing them with the necessary fuel, stressing that the area will witness a clear improvement by Electricity and finding technical solutions for it within the next two months.
The director of the Homs Electricity Company, assigned, Engineer Bassam Al-Rifai, explained that the 20 kV lines of the Tel Du station will be rehabilitated, and 3 transmission centers will be established within the current year's plan, and maintenance will be carried out for the existing low-voltage networks within the available capabilities.
The Director of Technical Services in Homs, Engineer Amin Al-Issa, indicated that the main entrance to the village of Treiz is 1,500 meters long, 600 meters of which were completed last year, and 500 meters will be completed this year, with a final stage remaining to be completed next year.
