Ma'ale Adumim resident, 28-year-old Adiv Asraf, was arrested this morning (Wednesday) on suspicion of committing offenses of her husband without free consent and indecent act without consent.

This, after arriving at a party at the "Loft" club in Jerusalem, which was intended for girls only, Eitan entered the Jacuzzi and began to touch their bodies and genitals.

According to the suspect, he came to a separate party accompanied by his partner, and at one point an argument arose between them during which she demanded that she finance a taxi.

He also claimed that when he was about to leave, several girls attacked him, due to the quarrel with his girlfriend, and tore his shirt.

Asraf's detention was extended by five days.

A police spokesman said at the court hearing that "this is a very serious incident, there is a suspicion of sexual assault on two minor girls while they were at a party that the suspect was not supposed to attend."

Moreover, about two weeks ago, Asraf admitted in a plea bargain to committing a threatening offense and was fined NIS 1,000 and compensated the complainant NIS 1,000.
