The increased preparedness for Passover and the increased activity of the security forces remind the people of Israel that freedom and dignified existence in the homeland are being bought in the struggle.
The activity of the security forces in dealing with the challenges of the hour, focuses at this stage on four essential efforts: the basic and initial effort is the security effort in the urban areas;
The second effort - securing the seam line and the fence;
The third effort - an initiated offensive activity, aimed at intelligence in the depths of the area, to thwart terrorist nests in Palestinian cities and villages, especially in the area of the city of Jenin;
The fourth effort was launched yesterday as a military effort in broad daylight to rehabilitate Yosef's tomb caused by Palestinian rioters.
Each of the efforts expresses a different operational logic, and all of them connect the necessary and obvious effort to passively and fundamentally protect the very life, and the effort concerning the protection of the fundamental connection of the people of Israel to their land and the heritage of their ancestors.
