The President of the Lugansk People's Republic Leonid Pasichnik announced his decision to ban the activities of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission on the territory of his republic.
Today, Pasechnik said on his Telegram channel: “As the head of a state recognized by the Russian Federation, I have decided to ban the activities of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission on the territory of the Republic as of April 30 of this year,” noting that by the 30th of this month, the All members of the expedition leave the Lugansk People's Republic.
According to the President of Lugansk, during the years of the conflict in Donbass, the OSCE mission did not contribute to the peaceful settlement of the conflict. Because the mission never affected the Ukrainian side and did not contribute to a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbass, and many facts about violations of the Minsk agreements remained outside the scope of their reports.
In turn, the head of the Central Investigative Service of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the investigation of information related to the conduct of intelligence activities by representatives of the OSCE mission in the Donbass region.
