Tragedy in the north: A 68-year-old man perished today (Tuesday) in a fire that broke out in a residential building in Majd al-Krum.
MDA medics and paramedics evacuated the man while performing resuscitation operations at the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya, but within a short time the doctors were forced to determine his death.
MDA paramedic Michael in Bionishev said: "When we arrived at the scene, a man who was unconscious and with signs of inhalation of smoke was rescued from the burning building.
"We put him in an intensive care unit and began performing advanced resuscitation operations on him, which included massages and resuscitation, and evacuated him to the hospital while continuing to perform resuscitation operations when his condition was critical."
