The day before yesterday (11th) between the early hours of the morning and the morning of the 11th, there were three consecutive wounding cases in Tin Shui Wai and Yuen Long, resulting in 4 injuries. The police have arrested a 19-year-old young man on the same day, but many are at large.
The police said that after investigation by the New Territories North Regional Anti-Triad Action Team, together with the New Territories North Crime Department and the Yuen Long Police District Anti-Triad Team, a total of 11 people were arrested in various districts in Hong Kong in the past two days (11-12 days). A local man (aged 17 to 31) is being detained on suspicion of "wounding person", "criminal damage" and "assault causing actual bodily harm".
The case is being followed up by the New Territories North Regional Anti-Triad Action Team.
Police say the operation is still ongoing and more arrests cannot be ruled out.
The three cases occurred at about 3:00 am, 5:00 am and 9:00 am on April 11 respectively.
In the first case, a young man surnamed Qiu (17 years old) with a background of "Xin Yi An" was beaten in Tin Shui Village, Tin Shui Wai; two hours later, someone suspected of taking revenge for the young man surnamed Qiu was executed on Qiao Xing Road in Yuen Long. A 24-year-old man who was "He Shenghe" was injured. In the morning, when the teenager surnamed Qiu was discharged from the hospital and took a taxi to leave, he was stopped and chased by three cars. He, his father and male friend in the same car were all injured.
The taxi also suffered innocently and was severely damaged.
