Fond of daring hair, the musician revealed more closely the bun adorned with multiple safety pins that she wore during a concert.

Is the safety pin the next trendy hair accessory?

This is suggested by Alicia Keys, who embraces it in abundance.

The singer posted a series of photos on her Instagram account, where she appears with a bun majestically decorated with small metal rods.

This is the hair look she sported during a live performance of her new title,

City of Gods part II,

with Kanye West and rapper Fivio Foreign at the end of February 2022. In one of the photos, she reveals her hairstyle closer: a braided crown tied on top of the head, and fixed with a multitude of pins.

Her roots sit well on the scalp, except for a few lustrous little baby hair strands on either side of her face.

"New York vibes...Does anyone need to borrow a safety pin?" on the social network.

The trend of hair accessories

This isn't the first time Alicia Keys has tried such an inventive hairstyle.

The singer is used to accessorizing her hair with all kinds of ornaments: buns sprinkled with pearls, braids decorated with gems, ponytails tied with elastic bands in multicolored jewels... Her XXL brunette hair is a real playground and experiment.

A hair trend also spotted en masse on the catwalks of fashion shows this year.

Evidenced by the luxurious golden barrettes that hold brushings at Chanel, the African braids covered with golden rings at Schiaparelli Haute Couture, or even the princess crowns adorned with diamonds at Simone Rocha.

Only one instruction: it must shine!
