Today, the Anti-Narcotics Branch in Homs seized 112 kilograms of hashish, distributed among 604 kilograms.
The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement that SANA received a copy of that, after receiving information to the Anti-Narcotics Branch in Homs governorate about the presence of a large quantity of narcotic substances hidden in agricultural land in the countryside of Homs with the intention of promoting them within the city, a patrol was sent to the place where the aforementioned quantity was seized and confiscated.
The ministry explained that the narcotic substances are a quantity of narcotic hashish, weighing 112 kilograms, distributed among 604 kilograms, as part of the ongoing efforts to eradicate the phenomenon of drug spread in all governorates.
The ministry indicated that investigations are still ongoing to find out those involved in the case to arrest them and take the necessary measures against them.
