In the past year, with the signs of the world's recovery from the corona and the gradual return of flights between the various countries, Rabbi Moshe Kotlersky, the tour guide of the Chabad 'Center for Educational Affairs' - the body established by the Lubavitcher Rebbe to operate Chabad houses around the world, A special organization that unites all Chabad houses for Israelis working abroad.
