Dr. Boursier and his colleagues also denounce a "
lack of dialogue
" with the hospital management and "
management by fear and threat
", adding to the "
systemic
" problems of hospitals, in particular the "
lack of staff
”.

The words of Marie-Odile Saillard on France 3 had been perceived as "
the straw that broke the camel's back
", according to the cardiologist.
His association, 3APIHOP, founded at the end of 2021 to support “
practitioners in suffering
” and which includes 115 members, also sent a letter on April 5 to the Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, for the moment without response.
