Honoring the families of martyrs in Al-Hasakah on the occasion of the Evacuation Day

On the occasion of the Evacuation Day, Al-Hasakah Governorate honored today a number of martyrs’ families in fulfillment of what their sons offered for the sake of Syria’s pride and steadfastness. It also held a reception in which official and popular activities participated.

The honoring, which took place in the honor hall in the governorate building, included 25 martyr families from various regions of Hasaka. The Governor of Hasaka, Ghassan Khalil, listened to their problems and the difficulties they suffer from, stressing that all possible efforts were made to overcome them and meet their demands.

The families of the martyrs expressed their thanks and appreciation for the continuous interest shown by the state in the families of the martyrs, following up on their affairs and listening to their demands, expressing their readiness to offer everything they have to keep Syria strong in the face of the continuous attacks that want to undermine its pride and steadfastness, expressing their pride in the sacrifices made by their sons to preserve and defend the homeland’s dignity. .

In the same context, the governorate held a reception in which official and popular events participated, to confirm the greatness of the occasion and to commemorate the memory of heroism and sacrifice, and to confirm the continuation of this approach until Syria is cleansed of the abomination of terrorism.

During the ceremony, Governor Khalil said that the evacuation is “a great day in the history of Syria that came as a result of the sacrifices of the honorable and the mujahideen of the sons of the homeland throughout its geography,” noting that “the evacuation approach continues to this day, and as our French ancestors were expelled and before them the Ottomans, the occupiers, invaders and new colonists who covet our good will be expelled.”

The attendees pointed out that the Syrian Arab Army and what it offered during the years of the terrorist war on Syria proved to the whole world that it is the only national institution capable of protecting and defending Syrians.
