Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stressed that the West is waging an all-out war against his country under the pretext of Ukraine, pointing out that Washington and its allies are violating the rules of international law to impose their dominance on the international scene.

Lavrov indicated that Moscow has many documents proving that Ukraine was preparing to manufacture and use biological weapons, stressing that the Russian special military operation in Ukraine aims to protect the Donbass region and will inevitably achieve its goals.
Lavrov pointed out that the West's hybrid war against Russia covers a variety of areas, including the information space, explaining that the West uses media and websites to fake, distort and spread hatred against Russia, explaining that Russia is taking steps to strengthen the digital sovereignty of the government and the Russian state as a whole.
Lavrov indicated that Russia is one of the leading countries in the digital sector, and that the current crisis opens up additional opportunities for development, just as in any other field, indicating that his country is open to cooperation in all fields, including digital and cybersecurity, and will always remain committed to combating cybercrime and working on Creating a unified global system for controlling the information space.
