Police arrived at the scene 10 minutes later and found a naked woman lying down near the gate and terrace. Ambulancemen arrived at the scene to give her first aid. She was confirmed dead at the scene at 6:50.
Police arrested the 53-year-old man on suspicion of murder at the scene.
