After having first gone to Pau (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), with the MoDem mayor François Bayrou, then in Finistère, stronghold of the ex-PS president of the National Assembly Richard Ferrand, Emmanuel Macron has just ticked the last box which in turn still lacked majority France.
Traveling to Le Havre (Seine-Maritime) on Thursday, a city led by ex-LR Édouard Philippe, the president-candidate sought to reattach his former prime minister to his campaign.
