The main content of the plan is to reset an 11-person natural grass football field that meets the standards of international football competition venues.

At the same time, additional facilities will be built to meet the requirements of the Asian Football Association's stadium regulations and become a venue that can host the Asian League Champions Cup and the Asian Football Association Cup. The redevelopment project is expected to cost $1.527 billion and be completed within four years.
