When this does happen, we like to give the eggs a certain spiciness, and here's the recipe that will show you how to do it right.
Ingredients:
300 g mullet fish eggs or milk carp eggs
1 peeled and sliced lemon
1 cup frozen beans
2 diced peeled tomatoes
1 cup chopped coriander
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
2 teaspoons salt
half a teaspoon cumin
half a cup olive oil
6 cloves crushed garlic
2 hot peppers Cut in half
Preparation instructions:
1. It is best to boil the eggs of the mullet before deciding, so you need to heat a pot of water until it boils, add the eggs for cooking for 3 minutes and remove from the heat directly to ice water.
2. Remove the shell from the eggs.
3. Prepare the sauce.
4. Heat olive oil and fry the garlic cloves, add the hot peppers, sliced lemon, diced tomatoes, coriander and beans, and cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
5. Add the fish eggs for an additional 25 minutes.
Taste and adjust if necessary.
When serving, it is recommended to squeeze half a lemon on the dish and garnish with fresh coriander.
