Five people were injured, including two children, in a case of scum drenching at a Thai-style skewer shop in Kowloon City the night before (14th). The suspect fled without a trace.
It is reported that after investigation, the West Kowloon Regional Crime Squad arrested a man surnamed Li (34 years old) involved in the case last night (15th) and is investigating his motive.
At about 9 o'clock the night before the incident, a man was riding a bicycle passing the restaurant on the site, and suddenly held a container and poured sputum outside the restaurant. At that time, many diners were waiting outside. Two Thai female employees and three mothers and children (aged 30, 8 and 6); the suspect fled towards Dongtou Village after the incident.
