Who among us did not grow up on Milky?
This is one of the most beloved delicacies of all time.
Some of us to this day sin in milky here and there, but unfortunately find that the nostalgic taste is not exactly what we remembered.
But real Milky is homemade, that's a whole other story.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4-6 servings:
420 ml for milk (cup and 3/4)
60 ml for espresso from Landover coffee capsules, grade 11 (2 whips)
65 grams of sugar (1/3 cup)
30 grams of cocoa (3 tablespoons)
Pinch of salt
50 grams of dark chocolate broken into cubes
25 g cornflour (2.5 flat tablespoons)
2 cold spoons
For whipped cream:
260 ml for sweet cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
To serve:
Broken coffee beans or chocolate chips

Preparation
How to make milky mocha with whipped cream?

Prepare the milky:
Mix the milk, espresso, sugar, cocoa and salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil or until the sugar melts.
2 Add the chocolate, wait a minute or two and mix well until it melts.
3 carnivores in a bowl of cornflour and water to a uniform mixture and add to the pot.
Continue to cook over a low flame while whisking until the mixture begins to thicken.
4 Transfer the milk to serving glasses (jars are also possible), cover with cling film and cool first to room temperature and then refrigerate until the milk settles.
5 Prepare the whipped cream: Beat in a mixer with a balloon hook of the sweet cream and powdered sugar until a stable whipped cream is obtained.
Sprinkle a mound of whipped cream over each dessert, sprinkle with chocolate chips and serve immediately.
