Homs, SANA- 68 plastic artists from 12 Syrian cities decorated their paintings in the cultural center hall in Homs during the art exhibition

68 plastic artists from 12 Syrian cities decorated their paintings in the hall of the Cultural Center in Homs during the exhibition of plastic art and sculpture “Syria brings us together 3”.

The exhibition organized by Mada's cultural team and continues until the end of this month. Women formed most of the subjects of his paintings, in which styles varied between realism, abstraction and classicism, while most artists preferred oil colors with their gradations on canvas backgrounds.

Before the opening of the exhibition, the Mada team and the Directorate of Homs Culture honored the great plastic artist, Abdel Qader Azzouz, one of the most important plastic artists in the governorate, in appreciation of his role and giving in this field.

In a statement to SANA correspondent Ben Ramez Al-Hussein, director of Mada’s cultural team in Homs, the exhibition “Syria brings us together 3” was launched from Wadi International University last month, to be its second stop in Homs, where the number of participants and paintings increased to 72 artworks.

In turn, the Director of Homs Culture, Hassan Al-Labbad, indicated that the exhibition was distinguished by various participations and different professional levels, and it is an opportunity for the Homs audience to get to know artists from several Syrian cities, each of them with his distinctive mark, expressing his optimism about the future of plastic art in the province because its artists have a rich cultural heritage and cultural heritage.

The plastic artist, Aya Dhafoor, participated in a painting that tells about the female, her suffering and her feelings, and it includes a group of hands that express restrictions, weakness, deprivation and feelings of pain when the female invades and is not felt by her surroundings.

In turn, the artist's painting, Samar Al-Droubi, carried an expressive style that speaks of harmony between the girl and nature, considering that these exhibitions are an opportunity to learn about new experiences and various methods of painting.

The plastic artist Salam Ahmed presented a painting in which she used the realistic expressive method, which is of an old woman carrying firewood, in an indication of the suffering of women in various fields, which exceeded her endurance.

Plastic artist Rasha Haidar participated in an oil painting in which she tried to convey the idea that science is the real and most important guarantee for any girl and she should pay more attention to it than her beauty and external appearance.
