Joe Biden has a brief moment of confusion on the open stage - and thus provides his political opponents with a through ball.

North Carolina (USA)- Joe Biden was only elected US President at the age of 78.

During the US election campaign there had already been a discussion as to whether he was still fit enough to be president at the age of 79.

Among other things, Biden's opponent, former US President Donald Trump, had mocked Biden's age with bad words.

But while Joe Biden cuts a decent figure in the Ukraine war, he repeatedly allows himself to make minor lapses that play into the hands of his political opponents.

During the election campaign, Joe Biden once confused his granddaughter with his deceased son.

The US President had just delivered a speech in North Carolina when he turned away from his lectern to applause from the audience.

And actually gives the image of shaking hands with a ghost - or any being that only he can perceive.
