Fatal accident in Bavaria: Man crashes into a tree with an Audi – any help comes too late

Fatal accident in Bavaria: For reasons that have not yet been clarified, a 61-year-old man left the road near Dinkelsbühl and crashed into a tree.
Dinkelsbühl - near Wittelshofen, in the district of Ansbach, there was a fatal traffic accident on Thursday, April 14th.
As reported by the police, the accident happened around 3:30 p.m. on state road 2218 from Dinkelsbühl in the direction of Wittelshofen.
Accordingly, a 61-year-old man lost control of his vehicle for reasons that are still unclear.

Shortly before entering Illenschwang, the driver came off the road to the right with his Audi A 6 and crashed into a tree for reasons that are still unclear.
Despite immediate resuscitation measures, the man died at the scene of the accident.

According to the current status of the investigation, there are no indications of the involvement of other road users.
Officials from the Dinkelsbühl Police Inspectorate recorded the accident.
State road 2218 was closed for the duration of the accident investigation.
