Among the new private buildings on the list, three are luxury properties in Kowloon Tong, including 3 Kent Court, Block AC of Ya King Building, and 8 Bihua Garden.


The notice states that anyone who has been in the buildings for more than two hours from April 4 to April 17 must undergo nucleic acid testing from April 18 to 19.

Today, 40 new buildings were added to the mandatory testing list, making the list for the fifth consecutive day. As many as 40 buildings, including 16 private housing estates and 24 public housing buildings, accounting for 40% and 60% respectively.

Among the 18 districts, there are eight buildings in Shatin District, the first among all districts; followed by Tuen Mun District with seven buildings; and Kowloon City District with four buildings.

Among the private buildings on the list, there are a total of three buildings in Kowloon Tong, all of which are mansions with a property price of tens of millions, namely 3 Kent Court, 8 buildings of Yajing Building, and 8 buildings of Bihua Garden.

In addition, middle-class housing estates such as Kowloon Bay Telford Garden U1 and Lam Tin Lagoon City Block 10 also made the list.

According to the announcement, anyone who has been in the announcement building for more than two hours from April 4 to April 17 must be tested from April 18 to April 19.

Persons who have tested positive in the past three months (including positive nucleic acid test cases recorded by the Department of Health and positive self-rapid antigen test cases reported to the Department of Health) are not required to undergo mandatory testing.
