This is a new major twist in the case of Delphine Jubillar, this 33-year-old nurse who disappeared in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn) in December 2020. While the husband of the disappeared - Cédric Jubillar - is put under investigation for "
voluntary homicide by spouse
" and placed in pre-trial detention since June 2021, Delphine Jubillar's telephone activity on the night of her disappearance sows doubt, reveals
La Dépêche

According to our colleagues, the nurse's mobile phone - a Huawei P30 Pro which remains untraceable to this day - was activated six times during the night of December 15 to 16, 2020 between 0:07 a.m. and 6:52 a.m.: activation of the application WhatsApp (0h09), activation of the camera on WhatsApp (1h33) and triggering of the device interface (0h07, 1h03, 6h52).
Solicited in 2021 by the gendarmes, the Chinese firm Huawei indicated that these triggers "
necessarily require human action and unlocking of the device
".
However, when his wife's phone was last activated at 6:52 a.m., Cédric Jubillar was with the gendarmes making the first findings at his home.
A very disturbing element which, if confirmed, could change everything.
