The Nuremberg Spring Festival has opened.
Hubert Aiwanger and Joachim Herrmann were very close.
Söder is absent from the event in his hometown.
Nuremberg - "Finally again!" Bavaria's Economics Minister Hubert Aiwanger commented so simply on the start of the Nuremberg Spring Festival.
The folk festival was officially opened with the tapping on Saturday (April 16).

Aiwanger was open to folk festivals even during the Corona period.
After these had to be canceled for a long time due to the pandemic, he was optimistic in mid-March.

Folk festival starts: Aiwanger and Herrmann at the Nuremberg Spring Festival
Now the folk festival season is slowly starting again.
Markus Söder, Bavaria's Prime Minister, recently opened the folk festival in Würzburg.
Because of his corona infection, participation in his hometown of Nuremberg is currently not possible.
