When a primary school girl was going to school, she was suddenly splashed with red liquid by a man. Later, it was revealed that her grandfather was also beaten until her ribs were broken due to a business dispute.
Three men were charged with assaulting the girl and her family. The case will be heard in the District Court today (19th).
The prosecution's opening statement revealed that on the morning the girl was attacked, the three defendants had wandered outside the primary school where the girl was attending, and one of the defendants had visited a nearby McDonald's earlier that day and asked for a Only paper cups were unsuccessful. The first defendant is also accused of illegally and maliciously causing serious bodily harm to X's grandfather surnamed Zhong and attacking X's mother on September 30, 2020, outside a village house in Wo Liu Hang, Fo Tan.

The second defendant suddenly walked up to her and poured some red liquid from a paper cup on X's schoolbag and school uniform, which shocked X. The school bus driver tried to get off the bus. The second defendant was pursued but to no avail.
After being splashed with liquid, X did not feel itching or pain, but there was red liquid smearing on his left lower extremity.
The third defendant had asked for paper cups at McDonald's
The prosecution alleges that before girl X was splashed with liquid, the three defendants wandered outside the primary school where X was studying, and the third defendant went to a nearby McDonald's and asked the clerk for an empty cup. Defendant refused on the grounds of policy, and the third defendant then proposed to buy medium-sized soda instead of soda. The store clerk finally gave him an empty medium-sized glass at the insistence of the third defendant.
In view of the actions of the three persons, the prosecution alleges that the three persons acted with a common purpose to attack X.
