A Hyundai and a Peugeot crashed together in Nuremberg.

Both drivers stated that they drove on green.

The police are looking for witnesses.

Nuremberg – In the late afternoon of Easter Monday, an accident occurred in Nuremberg at the Valznerweiherstrasse/Ben-Gurion-Ring intersection.

The traffic police are looking for witnesses.

According to the press release, a 25-year-old drove a black Hyundai at 5:35 p.m. on Valznerweiherstrasse in a westerly direction.

He wanted to turn left onto Ben-Gurion Ring.

A 27-year-old approached him in a black Peugeot from Zerzabelshofstrasse.

He wanted to cross the Ben-Gurion Ring straight ahead.

Accident in Nuremberg: Both drivers want to have gone green

"The two vehicles then collided at the intersection," police said.

Both drivers stated that they drove when the light was green or the green arrow to turn left was shown.

The accident caused material damage to the vehicles in the amount of an estimated 3000 euros.

Nobody got hurt.
