A 77-year-old cyclist falls in an accident in a supermarket parking lot in Starnberg.

A car and a cyclist collide at the Edeka car park on Leutstettener Straße in Starnberg.
Police said the incident happened around 10:10 a.m. on Saturday.
the 39-year-old driver from Starnberg wanted to turn from the parking lot onto Leutstettener Strasse.
At the same time, a 77-year-old man from Starnberg was cycling on the footpath and cycle path towards Gautinger Straße from the north station.
The car and bicycle collided in the driveway.
Negligent assault
The cyclist was taken to the hospital by ambulance with minor injuries, but he was able to leave the same day.
The vehicles suffered damage of around 1,000 euros.
The case is presented to the public prosecutor's office due to the negligent bodily harm, but the cyclist also committed an administrative offence.
He shouldn't have taken this route, as the cycle path is only approved for cycle traffic from Gautinger Straße in the direction of the north station.
