“Faces of Light” is the title of the plastic exhibition by the Palestinian plastic artist Shadi Abu Al-Qumboz, which depicts aspects of the war in Yemen and the aggression that has been going on for seven years.
The exhibition, which was held by the Iranian Cultural Chancellery in Damascus, in cooperation with the Embassy of Yemen, included dozens of paintings of martyrs who sacrificed their blood for Yemen and the justice of its cause.
The Yemeni ambassador, Abdullah Ali Sabri, explained that the exhibition is being held on the fourth anniversary of the assassination of Saleh Al-Samad, the head of the Supreme Political Council in Yemen, in the raids of the aggression, considering that Damascus hosting this exhibition, organized by the Iranian Chancellery, is a clear and vivid expression of the unity of the word of the resistance axis, in addition to the fact that the painter of these paintings is from Palestine. Which summarizes all the meanings of struggle.
In turn, Dr. Hamid Reda Asmati, the cultural advisor at the Iranian embassy in Damascus, indicated that the exhibition is being held on the threshold of International Quds Day to gather the martyrs of the axis of resistance, sending a message that the path of struggle continues and will not be deterred by conspiracies, aggression and siege.
