Surprisingly, while corona morbidity in the U.S. is skyrocketing, the Florida Federal Court yesterday (Monday) overturned the obligation to wear masks to passengers on public transportation. Therefore, the U.S. government recommends that airline passengers continue to wear masks.
"The application of the obligation to wear a mask, in which non-obedient passengers are forcibly removed from their plane seats, prevented from boarding a bus and removed from the train station doors - is similar to arrest and quarantine," the court argued.
In fact, the obligation to wear a mask is illegal in the United States, the ruling said, because it violates the statutory authority of the American Center for Disease Control and Prevention and because its implementation violated administrative law.

The obligation to wear the mask on public transportation in New York will remain.
In Washington, D.C., on the other hand, passengers can choose whether or not to wear the subway mask.
The timing of the ruling is surprising, as mentioned, because the number of verified people is rising in the United States, and also because a few days ago Philadelphia reinstated the obligation to wear masks in closed public places.
