A lawsuit was filed in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court against an apartment owner, her son and his mistress, for damages caused to a tenant in the center of the country.

Sharon (pseudonym), the tenant of the apartment and a single mother, began experiencing strange events several months since she entered the apartment, for which she filed the complaint.

According to Sharon, every day she discovered scraps of coffee spilled near the front door of her home.

At first she thought it was a mistake in the good faith of one of the neighbors and updated the owner of the apartment and her son - who serves as the property manager on her behalf.

They replied that they did not know what it was about and that she should contact the police.

In the recurrence of the case, Sharon installed security cameras at the entrance to her apartment and hired the services of private investigators.

In another case that Sharon describes, a graffiti was spray-painted on the entrance to the building, in which her name appears next to a curse.

"My daughter could have opened the door and slipped on the oil. I was afraid to leave the house. I was broken. There was a rumor among the neighbors that I owed money to criminals and was mixed with criminals," Sharon said.

The landlord's son turned to Sharon and said that neighbors were complaining about the damage done by the harasser and that she should resolve the matter.

In an audio recording he sent to Sharon, the son claims that "neighbors call me, send me screenshots, that you probably have a nuisance that comes and does damage both at the entrance to the apartment, in the mailbox, and in the common property in the building. I ask you to take care of it and arrange it. "Take care of it and see how you solve it. I do not want to receive more such phones. It is not pleasant. Update me that everything worked out please."

Subsequently, the private investigators hired by Sharon were able to locate the identity of the harassing woman and Sharon filed a complaint with the police.

Upon examination, it turned out that the harasser was the mistress of the landlady's son, who had also previously complained against her.

When the son was questioned by the police, he asked the investigators not to tell Sharon that the harasser was his mistress, he said, "The tenant should not know this. She should take responsibility because she lives there. I ask for a request so as not to harm my livelihood. This conversation. "

After the details became known to the tenant, she filed a complaint against the landlord, her son and his mistress for the damages caused to her, she claimed, and the expenses she had to bear as a result of the acts.

Sharon says she does not blame the mistress who committed the harassing acts.

She believes that the same girl was influenced to some extent by the landlord, received her details from him, and was sent on his behalf in order for her to leave the apartment and pay the compensation.

She claims that after leaving the apartment, she saw a post posted by the annoying girl, in which she advertises the same apartment for rent.

According to Sharon, the landlord's son threatened her to deposit the security check she deposited with him after she hurried to leave the apartment following the harassment.

She was also sent a letter from a lawyer for breach of contract.

This, in addition to the son's insistence and attempts to hide from Sharon the disturbing identity - the same woman who is actually his mistress.
