The forces of the Donetsk People's Republic raised today the republic's flag over the port of Mariupol and the area that includes the port plant.
And Denis Pushlin, President of the Donetsk People's Republic, said earlier today that the militants of the Ukrainian "Azov" battalion holed up in the Azovstal plant in Mariupol are completely surrounded and their chances of survival are limited.
Earlier in the day, the Russian armed forces offered the militants and mercenaries holed up in the factory to lay down their arms and surrender.
