The “Halabi Nights” troupe, led by singer Ramiz Sultan, revived the second day of the Ramadan Evening Program, which is held by the Directorate of Theaters and Music in Qasr Al-Azm, among a large audience.
The band started the concert with Qadoud Halabiya's songs and songs, as well as excerpts from the songs of the Aleppo Heritage, Da'louna, Raho Hababi Fein and Awal El Ten Mahboubi.
The artist, Ramiz Sultan, the band's leader, began with the song of the artist, Huda Sultan, "If I forget you, I think of you" from the words of Muhammad Ali Ahmed and composed by Riyad Al-Sunbati, with a sweet and strong voice that won the audience's approval.
The artist Sultan also sang the song "Malkat Fouady" by the late artist Sabah Fakhri, after he presented her with the money of pearls, which were drawn from the words of Dr. Jalal Al-Dahan and composed by Sabah Fakhri, in addition to the song "Wilah from the fire of abandonment" from the words of Sheikh Amin Al-Jundi.
The artist presented Sultan Qadoud Halabiya, including Jani Habibi, Abu al-Halqa, Fishing al-Asari and Qadak al-Mayas.
The director of the ceremony, Kamal Jano, explained to SANA that the aim of this evening is to create a beautiful Ramadan atmosphere on a distinguished Aleppo night under the sky of Damascus and in the courtyard of the distinguished heritage Al-Azm Palace, pointing to the importance of presenting traditional songs on these evenings to preserve our heritage and present it to the fullest for an audience that cares and loves it.
