With the participation of 118 companies, the activities of the “Aleppo Goodness” festival, which is organized by Aleppo Governorate in cooperation with the Al-Kinana Company for Exhibitions, opened this evening.
The festival, which will continue until the end of the holy month of Ramadan, will be held on the grounds of Hanano market, the “old garage” of various types of food, consumer goods, clothing and detergents.
A member of the Executive Office in charge of the Aleppo Provincial Council, Zikra Hajjar, indicated in a statement to SANA the importance of holding these exhibitions and festivals that contribute to reducing prices through discounts and selling at cost, in addition to securing all family requirements, especially food and consumer items, which helps reduce the burdens on citizens, especially with the approaching arrival of Eid.
Kenana Alloush, director of the Kenana Exhibitions Foundation, indicated that the festival included 118 pavilions for various economic, commercial and industrial events, through which it sought to provide support to the people of Aleppo by selling directly from the producer to the consumer and offering products at considered prices, noting the establishment of artistic and cultural activities accompanying the festival to highlight the young talents in The arts of painting, folkloric dance and singing.
SANA Camera, and during its meeting with a number of participants, Osama Al-Nasser explained that he offers thyme products at reasonable prices within the festival, while Imad Kalaieh indicated that he is participating in a set of Aleppo laurel soap and displaying it at cost.
Yamen Karazon pointed out that their company offers various types of ghee, molasses, natural oils and vinegar at discounted prices ranging between 30 and 40 percent. Shukri Al-Judaya spoke about his participation in selling food products and offering offers and discounts on all kinds of hospitality on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
Among the clothing suites, Zainab Khawla indicated that she offers a wide range of clothes manufactured in her workshop, with daily offers and discounts. The participant, Shurooq from a ready-to-wear company, said that it offers its products of men’s clothing at discounted prices close to the cost price, while Ahmed Karas explained that their company offers different types of shoes with Discounts up to more than 50 percent in order to attract visitors and sell directly.
Adel Hamami from a local clothing company is participating in providing various types of cotton clothing at cost, while Rayan Al-Hussein from a home appliances company pointed out that her participation aims to contribute to providing products and household supplies at competitive and appropriate prices for citizens.
