The technician was originally charged with 1 count of "inflicting danger to others". The case will be heard in the Kowloon City Court today (20th). Defendant Lam Hsien Yang, 28, was charged with 11 counts of dangerously infecting others after being charged, alleging that between February 25 and March 1 this year, he went to many restaurants and took a ride. Buses, minibuses and MTR and other means of transport travel around the area from Wong Tai Sin to Choi.

The charge alleges that the defendant's itinerary over the five days was as follows:

On February 25, the defendant visited the Char Siu Don Home in King Fook Street, San Po Kong, and took the KMB route No. 21.

On February 26, the defendant visited the Felicity Palace in Wong Tai Sin Shin Kong Centre.

On February 27, the defendant took the route 83A of the minibus to Tsui Wah Restaurant in Wong Tai Sin Centre, and took the MTR from Choi Hung Station to Wong Tai Sin Station.

On February 28, the defendant visited the Genki Sushi restaurant in Plaza Hollywood, Diamond Hill, and took the KMB route 91M.

On March 1, the defendant took the KMB route 29M, went to the San Po Kong Ice House on Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, and took the KMB route 91M again.

The charge alleges that the defendant, knowing that he is a contact of an infectious disease, or a person infected with a specified infectious disease, i.e. the novel coronavirus, puts others at risk of infection by being in any street or public place.
