A Florida bride and her caterer have been arrested and charged with mixing wedding food, including lasagna, with cannabis and causing several guests to become ill, according to arrest warrant affidavits.

Bride Danya Shea Svoboda, 42, and caterer Joycelyn Montrinice Bryant, 31, have been charged with culpable negligence, delivery of marijuana and violation of Florida's anti-tampering law, according to affidavits.

CNN was unable to contact Svoboda and Bryant or determine if they have attorneys.

One of the statements states that Svoboda "accepted and allowed Joycelyn Montrinice Bryant to mix the food she served... with cannabis without the knowledge of attendees, many of whom became very ill and required medical attention."

Some guests said they felt "drugged" and "sick and drugged," the affidavits state, while another said he felt "weird, tingly, restless and had an extremely dry mouth" after eating at the wedding.

According to affidavits, a woman who attended the wedding told an investigator that, while in the hospital, she felt paranoid and "believed her husband ... was not telling her the truth about other members of the family," and that his son-in-law had died and no one told him.

She said she was yelled at and disruptive in the emergency room and had to be given medication to calm down.

Laboratory tests showed that three wedding guests had urine tests that came back positive for cannabis, according to affidavits.

One of the guests told investigators that after realizing she was high, she asked Svoboda if she "had put marijuana in the olive oil," according to affidavits.

The guest told an agent that Svoboda told her that she did and that she was "acting excited," according to the documents.

However, another guest said that when she texted Svoboda from the hospital asking what was going on and what had been given to her, the girlfriend replied, "Uggg, we have no idea," the affidavits say.

According to court records, both Svoboda and Bryant have been released from the Seminole County Jail and will be arraigned in June.
