Elon Musk is ready to fight to get his hands on Twitter.
In a document filed with the American stock market policeman (SEC), the boss of Tesla advances the possibility of going directly through Twitter shareholders and not through the board of directors to buy the social network.
In this public document, Elon Musk claims to have secured approximately $46.5 billion to finance the acquisition of Twitter, a sum that includes loans from Morgan Stanley Bank as well as a personal contribution.
