Woman (23) killed at night and fled: brothers from Freising turned themselves in to the police

In the case of the woman who was killed in the Aichach-Friedberg district, the driver and passenger of the accident car turned themselves in.
The brothers from the Freising district are in custody.

– The force of the impact was so great that the woman died immediately: A 23-year-old pedestrian was hit by a pedestrian between Allenberg and Höfarten next to the AIC 2 district road (Aichach-Friedberg district) at around 0.50 last Saturday Car hit and killed.
The driver fled.
On Thursday, five days later, he turned himself in: It was a 29-year-old from the Freising district.
An arrest warrant was issued against him for negligent homicide and hit and run.
But the passenger, the 28-year-old brother of the accident driver, has been in custody since Thursday – for illegally leaving the scene of the accident.
Fatal accident in the Aichach-Friedberg district: driver and passenger flee
According to the police headquarters in Swabia North, the brothers were traveling with a 1-series BMW when they caught the woman who, according to the police, was apparently in the middle of the street.
The driver and passenger got out, the investigation revealed, and checked on the accident victim, but then drove on when they saw that the woman was dead.

Brothers present themselves immediately before arrest
After the accident, PI Aichach formed a working group and secured extensive evidence.
The murder vehicle was also found.
The suspects were finally identified and the arrest on Wednesday prepared.
Immediately before that, in the early afternoon, the brothers presented themselves at a police station in Baden-Württemberg.
They were taken to the police headquarters in Schwaben Nord in Augsburg late in the evening, brought before the investigating judge on Thursday and then taken to prisons by order of the Augsburg public prosecutor's office.
Now, above all, an expert examines how fast the 29-year-old drove and how recognizable the 23-year-old was on the district road at night.
