Several vehicles were involved in a serious traffic accident on Thursday on the B 13.
Two people were seriously injured.
Haimhausen – Shortly before 7 p.m., a 22-year-old from Oberschleißheim and a 22-year-old from Fahrenzhausen were on their way to Munich on their motorcycles.
According to the police's previous findings, the man from Oberschleißheim with his 600 Honda came into the oncoming lane due to unsuitable speed and crashed into a truck.
The motorcycle was torn in two, the driver skidded several meters on the asphalt and ended up on the road.
The following Fahrenzhausener drove his 690 KTM over the vehicle parts scattered on the B 13 and also fell.

According to the police, both motorcyclists were seriously injured and had to be flown to the clinics in Großhadern and Murnau by rescue helicopter.
The 59-year-old truck driver from Vierkirchen escaped with a fright and was unharmed.
There was property damage of around 12,000 euros.
Because of the rescue work and police investigations, the B 13 in the area of the accident site was completely closed for four hours.
The Haimhausen fire brigade redirected the traffic.
