The special assize court of Paris will then hear the last witnesses cited by the civil parties before welcoming, from May 4 to May 12, the testimonies of at least 91 survivors or relatives of the victims of the attacks, including that of the singer and guitarist. by Eagles of Death Metal, Jesse Hughes, scheduled for May 10.
The last time that the civil parties were able to testify at the November 13 trial dates back to October.
For five weeks, more than 350 survivors and bereaved relatives spoke at the bar to tell, often heartbreakingly, their intact trauma or pain.
The new testimonies which will take place from May 4 come from people who became civil parties after the start of the trial or who were unable to come and testify last fall.
The trial, which began on September 8, will then enter its home stretch with the pleadings of lawyers for more than 2,400 civil parties from May 13.
The requisitions of the national anti-terrorist prosecution will be spread over three days, from June 1 to 3 before giving the floor to the defense.
