Tens of thousands of hikers took advantage of the clear weather and enjoyed nature in all its glory.

Loads were recorded at several sites - which the public was asked not to reach in the coming hours.



Among the prominent sites with the highest number of visitors are the Yarkon Tel Afek National Parks, the Three Gardens, Masada and Tel Ashkelon, the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, Banias, Tzukim Springs and Tel Dan.
