In Vénissieux, on the communist lands of mayor Michèle Picard, herself several times a candidate in this constituency, Taha Bouhafs could face the outgoing Yves Blein, a former PS who has become a walker, if the latter were to decide to run again.

In the first round of the presidential election, Jean-Luc Mélenchon obtained more than 40% of the votes against less than 3% for the PCF Fabien Roussel and more than 20% for Emmanuel Macron.

Close to the Adama committee

Close to the Insoumis after having taken his distance for a time, also close to the Adama committee, known for having been an actor in the launch of the Benalla affair and divisive on his marked community commitments, Taha Bouhafs has just published "Those who are nothing" (Discovery).
