The wife of Chief Rabbi Rabbi David Lau, is hospitalized, in critical condition.

Her family calls on the general public in Israel to petition for her speedy recovery.

An official statement issued this morning by the chief rabbi's spokesman read: "Tear down the gates of heaven.

Rebbetzin Lau was hospitalized at Beilinson Hospital, following a medical deterioration and at the moment, her extended family and many of her husband's associates - the Chief Rabbi - hold prayers for her complete healing.

The

Rebbetzin is the daughter of Rabbi Yitzchak Ralbag of Maalot Dafna neighborhood in Jerusalem and a member of the Chief Rabbinate Council.

Name for the prayer: Rebbetzin Feiga Tzipora Bat Hadassah for complete healing.
