At about 2 pm today (25th), the police received a report that a 17-year-old girl had hanged herself in a unit of Jade Court, Tsuen Wan Garden. The ambulancemen arrived at the scene and found her unconscious, and quickly released her and sent her to Yan Chai Hospital for emergency treatment. .
On-site news said that the girl involved hanged herself in the room with a bandage, and her brother found out and called the police.
The police did not rule out that the girl committed suicide due to academic problems, and later seized the bandages and other evidence involved, and are further investigating the cause of the incident.
