Mikhail Mizintsev, head of Russia's National Defense Monitoring Center, confirmed that Kyiv once again prevented civilians from leaving the Azovstal factory in Mariupol through a humanitarian corridor opened by Russian forces earlier today, where the remnants of Kyiv's forces and allied Nazi formations are located.

"Despite the humanitarian initiative shown by the Russian Federation to evacuate civilians from the Azovstal metallurgical plant, the Kyiv authorities once again brazenly obstructed this humanitarian operation and no one took advantage of that humanitarian corridor," TASS news agency quoted Mizintsev as saying.

Mizintsev added that officials in Kyiv constantly talk about factory workers, women and children allegedly underground in Azovstal, and on the other hand, they deliberately refuse all humanitarian initiatives from the Russian side and do not take any practical measures to evacuate them, stressing that this illogical behavior of Kiev once again confirms the lack of Its frank concern for the fate of Ukrainian citizens.

On the other hand, Mizintsev confirmed that the neo-Nazis in Ukraine are still holding 90 foreigners from five countries for using them as human shields, in addition to Kyiv's continued detention of foreign ships in seven Ukrainian ports, where 76 foreign ships from 18 countries are still detained, pointing out that the threat of bombing

The mines that Kyiv officials have created in their territorial inland waters do not allow the ships to safely go out to sea.

In a related context, the head of the Russian Defense Monitoring Center indicated that the Ukrainian Nazis planted mines on rural roads in the Ukrainian Nikolaev region to prevent the evacuation of civilians to Russia. Ukraine is mining rural roads near the towns of Kapustino, Suvorovka and Antonovka.
