Puy du Fou opens its own high school

Combining academic excellence and performing arts: such is the educational ambition of the Lycée du Puy-du-Fou.

On September 5, between 25 and 28 second-year students will return to Les Epesses, opposite the famous Vendée theme park which will celebrate its 45th anniversary this year.

But everything will be well and truly ready for this summer”

François Roucher, the new director of the Puy-du-Fou Academy, who will leave his post as director of the classes of the preparatory classes of the prestigious Stanislas college, in Paris, after eighteen years of good and loyal service.

Next year, it will be the turn of the first class to open, followed the following year by a terminal.

By 2023, a second second class should open.

Innovative pedagogy

The opening of this non-denominational high school is a continuation of an educational project launched by Nicolas de Villiers, the son of Philippe de Villiers, who runs Puy du Fou.
