In a video widely shared on social networks, captioned "
tete-a-tete (between) a young person vs a baceux from Blanc-Mesnil
", a plainclothes policeman and a young man grapple and exchange blows in a hall of building Monday, April 18.
Two other officials, posted in front of the door of the hall, prevent the inhabitants from entering and ask them to stop filming.
"Insults" and "false writing"

We received the complaint today, which we sent to the IGPN with a view to opening a preliminary criminal investigation,
" said the Bobigny prosecutor's office at the request of AFP.
This complaint filed on behalf of the young man by lawyer Yassine Bouzrou, who announced it Thursday on social networks, targets "
acts of violence by persons holding public authority with weapons, racist insults (

According to the story given by Mr. Bouzrou on the internet, the facts took place when the young man “
