PARKnSHOP issued a statement on its social platform page today, stating that it learned that some customers had received suspicious text messages. The suspected person used the name of the company's "50th Anniversary of PARKnSHOP" to invite customers to participate in an online survey via Whatsapp text messages in order to obtain gift certificates.
Parknshop said it was very concerned about these suspicious messages and clarified that it did not carry out such activities.
ParknShop continues to remind customers that if they suspect any loss of personal data or property, they can contact the police for follow-up; if they have other enquiries, they can call ParknShop Customer Service Department (2606 8658).
According to PARKnSHOP's website, the first PARKnSHOP opened in Nanwan in 1972, and the first PARKnSHOP opened in Whampoa in 1996. At that time, there were more than 50 PARKnSHOP supermarkets in Hong Kong.
